"Physical Activity" means to the body movement in aspects which energizes from muscle structure or gross motor development, help body burn. PA can be classified 3 activity groups as shown below :
1.Physical activity in workin can cover working in either the wage reception or no wage, study/practice, training, housework/ household activities, agricultural working , plantation and harvest or fishing, etc.
2.Physical Activity in Transportation appears from one place to another place by travelling or cycling for traffic such as travel for working, travel to go shopping/ buying things, going to the market, doing merit, or going to the regional places and so on.
3.Physical activity for recreation such as exercise and playing sports, playing at fitness centre, dancing/doing recreation acivities/leisure for relaxing after work.
Sedentary behavior means to sit or take a nap including behavior with little motion by doing at home, at work or other places such as talkng with friends, traveling in car, public car, train, sky train/metro, plane, reading, watching TV, playing on computer etc. these activities excluded sleep for rest.

ผลรวมกิจกรรมทางกายทุกหมวดต่อสัปดาห์อยู่ระหว่าง 150-300 นาที สำหรับผู้ใหญ่
หมายถึง มีกิจกรรมทางกายเพียงพอตามคำแนะนำของ องค์การอนามัยโลก ซึ่งจะส่งผลดีโดยตรงต่อการลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง (NCDs) แต่อาจจะไม่สามารถลดน้ำหนักตัว หรือสร้างความแข็งแรงของกล้ามเนื้อได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ ทั้งนี้อาจพิจารณาจำนวนนาทีรวมของหมวดที่ 3) กิจกรรมนันทนาการ/การออกกำลังกาย หากน้อยกว่า 90 นาที แนะนำให้เพิ่มกิจกรรมในหมวดนี้ โดยเลือกกิจกรรมที่ช่วยเพิ่มความแข็งแรงและยืดหยุ่นของกล้ามเนื้อให้มากขึ้น
Important Data set in statistics for example situations in physical activity, sedentary behaviors and data in health behaviors which have been orgenized, data users can retrieve the statistical data conveniently and rapidly in Dashboard by project. Dashboard by Project
The users can select the results in statistical data by themselves such as select conditons for data showing.
(Year of data or sub-descriptions) Organize the data order and others. It can be recorded on Dashboard/output and used the data and downloaded the (Raw Data) for analysis in statistical data.
